Drawing

Pelham arts can offer a range of solutions to anyone wishing to learn from scratch or build up their repertoires in this field.

Workshops include still life, life drawing, landscapes and field trips, using a range of media to include pastels, charcoal, chalk, pencils, and pen and ink.

Some workshops practice the use of varying mark-making techniques, in order for the creator to engage with the materials and surface upon which they are working. This is a good practice for someone who is a beginner or lacks confidence with his or her work.

Life drawing, still life, composition and an understanding of drawing in perspective can all be explored through our practices.

Drawing workshops if required also include provision of a variety of materials and product advice.
